60 MHz NMR of Fish Oils – Omega-3 Analysis
These experiments were performed non-spinning in a Qualion 58 MHz process NMR spectrometer. Omega-3 methyl can be discerned but not resolved from other methyls in the sample. Sample spinning would improve homogeneity and spectral resolution. Currently the process NMR units do not have spinners but this is something that will be developed shortly.
